Low Sperm Count
« Back to index
Sperm counts nationwide have fallen disastrously in recent years, and there are as many reasons why as
there are new modern illnesses!
I have written a book “Male Infertility – Fighting Back” that goes into all aspects of this. This includes
our Study of 272 men who had been told that it was adoption or AID for them, but had come to Foresight for help.
Some did the programme very fully and some not at all (although in some cases their wives did!) For the ones who
did not do the programme, the number of births was 20.1%. For those who did a small part of the programme
success was 25.5%. For the group who did most of the programme, with some small omissions, the baby rate was
38.9%, but for those who did everything we suggested, the success rate was 82.7%.
All of these men would have been advised to use donor sperm. This can be a happy solution if there are really
dire problems such as a history of testicular cancer. But such a drastic solution should not be the first port
of call where the sperm are just under the weather because of Zinc deficiency, smoking, alcohol or a wheat allergy.
Every possible solution should be tried first. The Foresight programme is cheap, it is easy and 82% of the time
if you co-operate fully, it works! Compared with IVF etc., this is very good news.
The full Foresight programme consists of:
- Optimising the diet – see the Wholefood Diet Leaflet and/or our Cookbook. (See Section on Diet).
- No VOSP’s! Voluntary Social Poisons, alcohol, tobacco, caffeine, street or OTC drugs. Review any
medical drugs with your practitioner.
- Your wife abandoning the Pill etc. and learning Natural Family Planning.
- Checking out Genito-urinary infections (both partners). Using homeopathy if a remedy is needed.
- Having a hair analysis done, and correcting any heavy metal contamination and/or any deficiencies of necessary trace minerals.
- Sorting out any electromagnetic pollution in the home or the place of work. Eliminating hazards such as the mobile phone in the trouser pocket.
- Searching for environmental pollution such as leaking gas, toxic cleaning fluids, garden sprays, and all possible toxic chemicals in the home and place of work.
A man’s sperm are as fit as he is! As he becomes fitter they perk up and become more businesslike!
If they are immotile (keeping still) or damaged, they are sick. The solution is often not impossible at all.
It just needs a little thought and care, some good food, and some supplements for the nutrients that are missing,
less poisons, less illness. It is not Rocket Science, just Common Sense. It can all come good in a few months.
