Flu comes around most winters, but good food and enough Zinc and Vitamin C makes you much less likely to catch it.
If you are unlucky enough to get it, take to your bed, and keep taking a hefty vitamin and mineral programme
including plenty of Vitamin C and Zinc. That way it is usually over in a couple of days. If you have a friendly
homeopath it may be only one day!
Regarding flu jabs. Seductive little postcards come from the GP Surgery in the autumn, suggesting you go in for a jab.
The mixture still contains Thymerasol – as in the MMR – a mercury based preservative, aluminium and no doubt animal
substances. Do not do this if you are about to be pregnant, already pregnant or breast feeding. I would avoid it like
the plague. It is also likely to be a major contribution to Alzheimer’s, as mercury goes to the brain and causes havoc. (It would be interesting to know the year flu jabs started and the date Alzheimer’s started to escalate).
Anyway, there are many different strains of flu, and the jab may not be for the right one that is coming that year.
I would remain healthy and skeptical! Remember we were all going to die of AIDS then of SARS,
then Bird Flu , now Pig flu…….. “Oh, Please!” as my younger son says!
